Please read the below terms and conditions carefully. It outlines important information and details your key responsibilities as a freelancer/subcontractor. It is import that this is adhered to when working for 80six Ltd. If you have any questions regarding this please email your contact at 80six. 80six Ltd will endeavour to pay freelancer/sub contractors invoices by the due date stated but under certain circumstances this might not be possible. 80six Ltd will therefore reserve the right to pay an invoice within 30 days upon receiving it. The freelancer/sub contractor agrees to provide their own personal protection equipment (PPE), tools, climbing equipment including harnesses etc and any other necessary accessories to ensure the freelancer/sub contractor can fulfil their job whilst working with 80six Ltd. It is the freelancer/sub contracts responsibility to ensure they are working in a safe manner. Should they not have the necessary skills, certificates or knowledge to undertake a particular task which has been asked of them they should make this know to 80six immediately. Unless pre approved in writing the freelancer/sub contractor is prohibited from publishing any photographs, video, text or any published information on any social media channels relating to any project contracted by 80six ltd. The freelancer/sub contractor is prohibited from wearing any branded uniform other than that issued by 80six ltd on any show / event. At all times in communicated messages the sub contractor should always be referred to as “80six Ltd” or “80six”. 80six Ltd will not reimburse the Contractor for expenses incurred in the proper provision of the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties prior to the work commencing or the expense occurring and included in the Purchase Order. All expenses are agreed on a project by project basis The freelancer/sub contractor agrees to a non-compete, and covenants not to compete and a restraint of trade on any project that they are contracted or asked to provide a quotation for by 80six Ltd. For avoidance of doubt this clause should be read as that under no circumstances will the freelancer/sub contractor attempt to financially or gain otherwise from contacting or communicating with any client the contracted party has been contracted to provide any service for from 80six ltd unless 80six Ltd has given written authorisation to do so. The contracting party also covenants and agree that for twelve (12) months after the date of completion of any current work for 80six Ltd, you will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit any business from any of the Company’s Customers, Customer Prospects, or Vendors with whom you had Material Contact during working for or on behalf of 80six Ltd unless 80six Ltd has given written authorisation to do so.
